100th anniversary business council went through the procedure of the lawful ownership.
*The 100th anniversary business council removed all the rubbish and weeds from the place which was a youth crime- committing area. 150 garbage cars had to come to take away al the waste and also, the gravestones that had fallen down were put right.
*It was the first time after the cemetery was made that the cemetery park was cultivated.

The 100th anniversary business council’s Christian employees donated money (seven hundred million won including the cemetery maintenance fee, two hundred million won) for the remembrance of the 100th missionary work and through the missionary culture center, the “Korean Christian missionary remembrance building”.
*For the Union church had no suitable place to have a service, they were allowed to come to the ‘Korean Christian missionary remembrance building’ after it was completed being built. (Underground floor: Missionary reference room and good fellowship room/
1st floor: 100th anniversary business council. Fellowship and Union church office/
2~3rd floor: planning for service area.
10th October 1986
-After the completion of the missionary remembrance building, the 100th anniversary business council changed ‘Kyung sung European American cemetery’ to ‘Seoul foreigner’s cemetery park’.
*After the Union church’s request, Pastor Jyung-Jeek Han temporarily approved that they could use the missionary remembrance building’s 1st floor council office and the underground reference room.
